ELIZA is cooperating with the “Together for Children” Association which consists of 10  non-government welfare organizations  who started their joint collaboration back in 1996 in order to harmoniously  and equally unite their forces to help children in need.

The 10 organizations  provide well-coordinated  services and a better future to more than 30,000 children each year.

Help Line 115 25

ELIZA supports the Association’s  Help Line 115 25 that receives open or anonymous calls reporting instances of child abuse or neglect incidents.

Launched in 2009, the Help Line 115 25 of the “Together for Children” Association operates  throughout the country and staffed by trained experts,  it  addresses children, teenagers, parents and instructors.  It receives  approximately  6,000 calls per year and offers the following services:

  • Counseling to children and teenagers  up to the age of 18 faced with specific problems
  • Reporting of child abuse or neglect incidents, anonymously or by name
  • Counseling and referral of incidents to specialized agencies assisting children and families all over Greece
  • Information concerning the services offered by every member of the Association
Working hours

The  Help Line 115 25 operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00-21:00.


All calls at the 115 25 Help Line are confidential and are not recorded. All psychologists, mental health counselors and social workers answering the calls are bound by a Code of Conduct in relation to confidentiality.


Local and long-distance calls via OTE landline: 1 urban unit regardless of call duration.

Local and long-distance calls via other providers: fees differ depending on the price list of the fixed or mobile telephony provider.
